Welcome to SignalsCopilot.com ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to our signal-providing services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


2. Service Description

SignalsCopilot.com provides trading signals for Forex, Futures, Commodities, and Crypto markets. Signals are delivered and executed via secure third-party VPS solutions integrated through https://metacopier.io/ (for Forex) and https://tradesyncer.com/ (for Futures).

Our services cater to both self-funded traders and traders trading via proprietary trading firms ("prop firms"). Signals are generated and transmitted to the client’s trading terminal automatically without manual intervention.


3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

All signals provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.


4. Limitation of Liability

  • SignalsCopilot.com is not responsible for any profit or loss incurred from the use of our signals.

  • We do not guarantee any returns, profits, or success in prop firm evaluations.

  • We are not liable for any issues arising from changes made to your trading accounts, including but not limited to password changes, account deactivation, trading restrictions, or third-party platform limitations.

  • We are not responsible for downtime or technical issues related to third-party services such as MetaCopier.io, TradeSyncer.com, or VPS providers.


5. Account Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the client to:

  • Ensure their trading account is active, accessible, and compatible with our services.

  • Maintain correct login credentials and provide accurate information required for service setup.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to their trading account details.


6. Pricing and Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing, service structure, or features at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the new terms.


7. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@signalscopilot.com.

  • Refunds will not be granted after the 15-day period.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse or unreasonable claims.


8. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user.

  • Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of service.


9. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activities, or misuse of services.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued beyond the 15-day money-back period.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
